The 2025 National Trade Estimate Report on Foreign Barriers (NTE) is an annual report published by the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) that identifies and describes trade barriers in foreign markets. Its purpose is to assess trade obstacles and recommend measures to overcome them. This report has been published annually since 1985.
